Performer Supervisor

This position is in charge of overseeing all Artist / Cast aspects of the show In change of managing all artists and Captains

Maintaining original quality of the show by Liaising with each departments on the execution of there work from an artistic perspective

Maintaining the experience the audience will have and making sure it is consistent from show to show, day to day

Making artist changes or choices in the event any type of failure occurs or any problem with artists

Communicating closely with Resident show director and choreographer and overseeing their reports

Confirming all rehearsals and upkeep are commencing, Oversea the scheduling of the Artists of the show

Make and oversee on training schedules and quality control of all artists Implement required changes to the show artists

Liaise with all departments on any matters concerning the Costumes, props, show message, execution, audience experience and visual quality of the show

Help Manage all artists and correlate with the company on any needs

Submit Daily and weekly reports.

Involved in Casting with Artistic Manager

Maintaining Artistic integrity of the show by correlating with Department heads Develop and maintain Budgets pertaining to any artistic element of the show Monitor contractual agreements with all artists and artistic team employee’s Coordinate any special events where show cast is requested to participate in. Create events to artistic team and artists including budget and scopes

Follow operational practices, including adherence of Standard Operating Procedures. Works closely with others to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency. Provide a safe, efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous culture.

Other duties as assigned.

1/ Required Qualifications & Experience:

2- 4 years experience with High scale shows, events and creation processes Great organizational skills

- Has experience working with min 25 foreign artists in any given project - Has worked on shows with audience of at least 500 people

- Have worked with Budgets/ OS&E scale projects

Understanding of artistic creative process and its needs

General knowledge in technical aspects of the show

Artistic and Creative Mind . Ability to Create any performance. Has developed creative projects.

Skilled at working and leading artists to execute set artistic vision. ( hands on ) Experience in dealing with any clients and entities brought into the set project or theater. - Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc)
