- Open and prepare Kids Club for daily activities
- Responsible for the opening and closing of Kid Club
- Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome
- Maintain cleanliness of Kid Club
- Undertakes to maintain qualifications as deemed necessary by the Hotel, and ensures the safe management of the kid club environment
- Ensure safety & security of child within confined area
- To make initial contact with guests immediately and to bid guests farewell and hope to see them soon(Brand standards)
- Follow kids club Operation Childcare Standards, Policies procedures and Health guidelines

- Previous experience working with children minimum 2 years an asset
- Advanced English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
- Must have a flex schedule to work weekends/holidays
- Good organizational and multitasking skills & confidence in anticipating and managing processes.
