Digital Marketing Executive (Korean Proficiency Preferred) - Based in HCMC

This role is designed to enhance the hotel's presence in the Korean market, ensuring strong brand representation and fostering valuable media relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning:

• Develop marketing and communication schedules and budgets aligned with the Director of Sales & Marketing's Business Plan.
• Prepare and implement annual advertising and marketing action plans.

Branding & Promotion:

• Ensure corporate identity standards across all promotional materials.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies for creative and media planning.
• Organize and execute events, promotions, and public relations campaigns to enhance the hotel’s image.

Media Relations:

• Maximize press coverage by securing story placements, promoting events, and generating publicity for hotel facilities and services.
• Act as a liaison with the press to manage media inquiries and coverage.

Content Creation & Distribution:

• Review and approve all print materials, arrange photo shoots, and create newsletters/magazines for guests, clients, and staff.
• Maintain a resource center for media-related materials and hotel publications.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Entertain clients, in-house guests, and key contacts to foster relationships and increase media exposure.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market intelligence.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage corporate gift inventories, maintain file systems, and ensure effective communication processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

• College/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing & Public Relations.
• Candidates must have TOPIK Level 3 or higher to ensure effective communication and understanding of the Korean market.
• Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
• English - Advanced level, written & spoken
• Knowledge of third language is an advance
• Ability to make decisions and define their area’s sales department strategy.
• Great ability to communicate and negotiate.
• Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud
• Knowledge and business, Leisure and MICE contacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
• At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position.
