Support services and gain experience in a real and professional working environment at the restaurants within InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort:
Citron Restaurant: Vietnamese cuisine, offering a fresh and diverse menu that upholds traditional culinary standards. The restaurant serves signature dishes from Vietnam’s three regions: North, Central, and South.
La Maison 1888: French cuisine, ranked among the Top 10 best restaurants in the world in 2016, renowned for its exquisite French dishes. It is also the first restaurant in Vietnam to be awarded a Michelin star, the gold standard of the global culinary industry.
Barefoot Restaurant: Mediterranean cuisine and seafood, featuring a variety of Mediterranean-style dishes and fresh seafood. Guests can also enjoy beachside BBQ parties at this dining venue.
Tingara: A distinguished Japanese restaurant nestled amidst the lush rainforest of Son Tra Peninsula, introducing a new era of Japanese fine dining in Danang. The restaurant is led by Michelin-starred Chef Junichi Yoshida, renowned for his innovative approach to teppanyaki cuisine.
Pastry: Bakery kitchen.
