Mô tả công việc

To be responsible for daily income of the hotel
To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis.
Collect and verify all documents and invoices issued by FO are correct and timely.
To ensure the timely preparation VAT output report.
To review that all refund and ensure they are properly authorized and correctly.
Post all collection by bank transfer into Opera system, reconcile charges and payment of Guest
The completion and updating of all individual debtor records.
To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis.
The preparation and mailing of account statements to customers on a timely basis and to monitor the subsequent collection of all accounts.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable.
Working in Hospitality field is advantageous.
Proficient in English.
Conducts transactions with fairness and integrity.
