-Responsible to assist Hotel’s in the day to day operation of marketing and promotional activities with marketing team.
-Assist in the development and deployment of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives at property level.
-Handle media visits and enquires, site tours, oversee filming and photo shoot activity as it relates to marketing and communications, in conjunction with Marketing Manager.
-Support the development and maintenance all hotel collateral, communications, partnerships, comarketing to promote the Hotel in a unique and varied role. Roles & Requirements .
-Assist in the coordination of marketing and communications activities to leverage reach/results as directed by GMr & CEO.
-Assist in the creation of all marketing material– (Guest & Internal ie. Menus, leaflets, in-room etc.) and manage the production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed.
-To assist in the development of Hotels brand guidelines with external design agency.
-Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns with sales activities
-Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing communications/campaigns.
-Support the Marketing Team in maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel departments are kept informed of marketing/communications objectives and initiatives.
-Ensure press material, image library, third-party websites etc. are updated and accurate.
-On property Communications & Marketing support (be present filming and photo shoot activity – both internal and external, conducting site tours when required)
-Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
-Produce and submit PR, Marketing and Social media activity report
-Provide ongoing social media support, both technical and editorial, as directed by GM
-Social Media coverage to cover in the absence of the Digital Executive if required
-Support in monitoring all hotel & resort social media channel
-Support building a network of digital influencer.
-Assist in the coordination of marketing and communications activities to leverage reach/results as directed by GM, CEO.

Yêu cầu công việc
-Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh giao tiếp lưu loát.
-Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm trong ngành dịch vụ nhà hàng, khách sạn.
-Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm ở cùng vị trí DOM
-Phong cách chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và lịch sự với khách hàng.
-Giao tiếp tốt, sức khỏe tốt.
-Có thể làm việc độc lập.
-Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc.
