Mô tả công việc

  • Divide shifts and assign work schedules to Bartenders.
  • Guide and manage the preparation and serving process according to the standards and service quality of the restaurant - hotel.
  • Check the quality of raw materials used for preparation.
  • Directly check the quality of drinks before serving guests.
  • Support providing information about drinks when requested by customers.
  • Plan to purchase ingredients and service equipment necessary for work at the bar.
  • Prepare high quality drinks upon customer request.
  • Make a drink menu
  • Coordinate with the manager to create a drink menu: cocktails, mocktails, wine... in accordance with the service style of the restaurant - hotel.
  • Coordinate to innovate drink menus to suit the weather and customer needs.
  • Assist in providing images and ideas for menu design. Supervise the cleaning and preservation of equipment serving the department's mixing work.
  • Immediately contact the technical department to handle equipment problems during the preparation process.
  • Plan maintenance and coordinate with the technical department to perform maintenance on time.
  • Resolve problems that arise
  • Receive and quickly resolve customer requests, complaints, and complaints during the service process.
  • Coordinate with the security department to handle disputes between customers and between customers and employees... ensuring that there are no serious consequences.
  • Recruitment and training of personnel
  • Plan staff recruitment to ensure there is enough human resources to serve the department's work.
  • Coordinate with human resources department to interview and select employees.
  • Professional training according to restaurant and hotel standards for new employees.
  • Other jobs
  • Responsible for monitoring revenue and expenditure during the service shift.
  • Proactively propose highly applicable solutions that bring efficiency to the department's work.
  • Create new recipes to meet customer requirements and preferences.
  • Participate in training courses to improve professional skills organized by restaurants, hotels, and associations.
  • Participate in regular and extraordinary internal meetings as required.
  • Make related work reports.
  • Perform other tasks when requested.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proficient in office information technology skills such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutLook.
  • Good English skills (specialized culinary vocabulary); Have knowledge and understanding of food, drinks as well as kitchen activities; Have skills in organizing, managing records and handling problems quickly...
  • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry
