- Observe and guide staff in preparing and serving diners
- Participate in daily staff meetings and briefings.
- Ensure efficient daily operations and manage all aspects of the restaurant during the shift.
- Ensure all menus are accurate and presented to restaurant standards.
- Monitor quarterly beverage lists: wines, cocktails, etc.
- Monitor online reviews on social media sites (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor) for guest feedback. Respond and work with team to resolve issues and take corrective action to improve ratings and review scores.
- Create and maintain daily reports on sales, customer service issues, staff, large orders and report directly to management on a daily basis.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from Restaurant, Hotel Management or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good skills in Customer Service and Public Relations, knowledge in the F&B field.
- Good English communication skills, honest, careful, able to persuade, plan and organize work effectively.
- Appearance suitable for the service industry.
