Mô tả công việc

  • Manage and be responsible for the daily operations of the Restaurant.
  • Ensure that service standards are always maintained well, customers always receive the most complete experience when coming to the Restaurant.
  • Plan business strategies for the Restaurant.
  • Handle situations that occur in the restaurant, bar, kitchen and answer questions and complaints from customers.
  • Manage and control costs, revenue, and profits of the Restaurant.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on plans/programs, marketing and promotional policies to improve operational efficiency and promote the image of the Restaurant.
  • Effectively lead the staff, contribute to building and maintaining a professional and friendly working environment.
  • Other tasks as required.

  • Basic salary: negotiable based on ability
  • Service charge: are subject to business monthly/yearly result of the restaurant and as per the Company’s Policies.
  • 12 annual leave per year, participate in insurance according to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University degree or certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good skills in Customer Service and Public Relations.
  • Has extensive knowledge in the F&B field, can train a team and has good organizational skills.
  • Honest, careful, good presentation skills, negotiation, persuasion, planning and organizing skills to effectively carry out work.
  • Good-looking appearance, good organizational and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze and resolve problems and conflicts.
