Mô tả công việc
- Ensure that property is up-to-date in terms of implementing corporate learning programs and people development programs.
- Conduct regular communications with hotel executive members and departmental trainers/ facilitators in order to ensure both business and learning needs are met.
- In conjunction with Department Heads, develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives
- Prepare and administer the annual training calendar on a regular basis.
- Monitor training activities conducted on and off site
- Maintain an up-to-date record of suppliers of training resources
- Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace
- Coordinate with other departments for roster, timesheet, and payroll
- Participate and HR activities as and when required by HR Leader
- Manage the personal files of all employees
- Support recruitment process: Posting, screening CV, contact to the candidates
