Mô tả công việc

1. To work closed with Sustainability Manager and Assistant Sustainability Manager in organizing and carrying out sustainability projects in Laguna Lang Co (LLC) and its communities nearby.

2. To follow up and coordinate with related departments to inspire and ensure the participation of associates in CSR initiatives.

3. To record all knowledge, data and information from sustainability programs (photos, volunteers info, cost, impact of project. etc.) in order to manage the sustainability records system at LLC; and prepare the data and information related to support the LLC sustainability website, its panpage and other publications .

4. Coordinate with related departments to prepare sustainability guests’ activities (English is Fun, Let’s Talk English, Elderly Care, Cleaning communities and other activities related to social and environmental issues, etc).

5. Prepare logistics to implement sustainability projects on plan

6. Assist with financial procedure to ensure the implementation of sustainability projects on plan

7. Assist to prepare required sustainability reports and documents

8. Ensure the well running of assigned either medium or long term implemented sustainability projects and report promptly to Sustainability Manager and its Assistant Manager if any issues

9. Assist to work and maintain the relationship with local education and training department, local government or community
