Coordinate closely with the Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the best standards of customer service.
Observe customers or through the information provided by staff, grasp the needs of customers and serve quickly.
Assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager in managing the activities of the Front Office department.
Report any accidents, incidents, or damage to property or personnel within the basic scope.
Resolve customer complaints quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement
At least Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience working in a similar position in 4 - 5 star hotel or resort
Required English in 4 skills
Experience managing Opera software
