Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with sanitation and anti-epidemic stations and hotel.
- Assist with executive chef for daily inspection and sanitation management tasks to ensure the area of F&B match the standards
- Manage the health certification of all hotel employees
- Provide and prepare the form, receipt and other materials according to anti-epidemic stations request
- Control the quality service by the standard of Resort and Banyan Tree Group

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a related major and at least 2 year working experience, especially in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of HACCP or other standards related to food safety and hygiene
- Knowledge of relevant safety and security procedures and guest satisfaction standards
- English communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
