Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Reporting directly to the HR Supervisor, the (Senior) Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, assess, and cultivate qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs. This individual will foster relationships with educational institutions, recruitment platforms, and industry partners, while also enhancing the organization’s recruitment brand and managing recruitment costs effectively.

• Design and optimize a comprehensive talent acquisition funnel that clearly outlines each stage for novice employees, ensuring high-quality candidate output for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Oversee the recruitment of expatriates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities, major recruitment platforms, and other reputable sources, keeping abreast of updates and trends within these networks.
• Prepare and present an annual recruitment budget to the board of directors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and providing clear justification for resource allocation.
• Proactively anticipate hiring needs and assess them against organizational realities to inform strategic recruitment efforts.
• Recruit, evaluate, and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Organize and execute recruitment events to enhance visibility and attract potential candidates to the organization.
• Measure and analyze recruitment metrics to assess funnel performance and improve processes.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior talent acquisition or a related role.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition within the hotel, restaurant, or casino industries (4-star and above) is preferred.
• Skilled in leveraging social media and online channels to attract candidates.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and media outlets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong report writing and record-keeping abilities.
