Mô tả công việc

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

ADMIN TASK:

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings, translating documents.

• Prepare and distribute memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence as required.

• Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff members as needed.

• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and restocking as necessary.

• Collaborate with HR on team-related tasks such as workforce management and onboarding support and other team related task.

• Oversee SAP system responsibilities, including initiating purchase requisitions, coordinating with Procurement, tracking approvals, and processing payment claims.

• Facilitate booking of airline tickets and transportation at the request of the line manager.

• Assist in managing office budgets, expenses, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate projects.

• Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.

• Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Receive, review, and manage documents from different departments, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission for approval.

• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and the Company Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational qualifications

• B.S. Degree or equivalent professional training.

2. Work experience

• 2-4 years working in administration department.

3. Skills competencies/Kĩ năng

• Computer literate in MS Office applications.

• Good interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred to deal effectively with all incoming calls and requests from the management.

• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Flexible working schedule, including weekends and holiday.

4. Languages

• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English.
