Korean Sales Executive

• Coordinate with the Sales department and related departments to meet customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction when using the Company's services.
• Propose solutions to increase satisfaction, return rate to use the company's services and introduce the company's services to other customers.
• Timely detect and handle problems related to Korean customers throughout the customer service process.
• Report to the Sales Department, Director of Sales and Marketing on the current status of Korean tourists when using services at the Company.
• Timely update the latest changes and trends in the Korean customer market to synthesize work reports related to the current status of Korean customer needs, thereby proposing solutions and segments. The Company's prices are appropriate to the situation at each appropriate time.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
