Mô tả công việc

Preparation of Corporate/ Lease Agreement, Letter of Confirmation, Addendum, Extension, Renewal, Rate offer & other templates.
Preparation of Rate Requisition Forms, Waiver Forms, etc.
Manage & set up Rate codes, Company/Travel Agent profile/Source Profiles in PMS
Re-assign Accounts, CRM report, manage other tasks from GSMT
Manage rate & availability for OTAs
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports relating to S&M functions
Other administration work including replenishment of stationery, printing papers, letterheads, envelopes, etc.
