Lead and manage daily operation of Front Office Department
Personalize Guest Experiences/ Guest Review
Drive Revenue & maximize Profits
Establish and maintain Product & Service Standards
Synergize activities and communication within the Department
In charge of hotel reservations during the reservations department absence (weekends and holidays).

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Business Administration Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related major
Priority is given to candidates having worked in a similar position for international hotels/resorts and can start as soon as possible
Fluency in English
Good computer skills
Polished personal presentation with a Warm, confident, and hospitable personality
Dynamic leadership and engaging personality
At least 2 years experience at the same position
Smile PMS and guest servics-related applications literate.
