Spa Therapist

• Maintain positive attitude and good behaviors
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
• Positive deal with and learn from guest’s complaints and comments with follow up feedback to Spa/ Wellness Manager to follow up where appropriate
• Provides efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out
• Accurately schedule all massage reservations, changes, confirms and cancel massage reservations
• Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests
• Providing unforgettable spa experience to our guests by knowing the guest preferences and tailor service accordingly
• Orient the guests through our facility, greets guests and provides personal guest service.
• Attending Hilton Trainings and monthly departmental meetings as required.
• To report any maintenance issues
• Assist in all areas of the operations as requested to be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel
• To ensure that departmental operation budget is adhered to, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses
• Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance to brand Standards
• Maintain the quality of service and overall appearance of the spa areas, lounge area and restrooms
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Excellent attention to detail
• High standards of cleanliness
• Familiar with hotel operating system especially Kipsu, Hotsos and payment system
• Have detailed knowledge of departmental standards and Hilton brand standards
• Understand relevant Health & Safety legislations and their implication on the operation of the department
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Held a similar role would be advantage
• Technical Diploma
• 1-3 Years of related experience
• 1-3 Years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience in a similar position at international 5-star property is prefered
