Mô tả công việc

To implement and maintain membership program
Proactively seek feedback on guest satisfaction and resolve problems
To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up
Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests
Prepare requisition and distribution of amenities on a timely basis
Coordinate with Front Office Team to check the departure list for the following day – contact VIP guests to arrange airport transfers, if necessary
Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily
To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby and library ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary

Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Work experience as a Guest Relation Officer preferably with experience in 4* or 5* hotels
Good at English and Japanese in both written and communication skills
Positive attitude and mindset of hospitality
Customer service skills, creative and well organized
