- Support execution of Annual Business Plans and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Destination Management Companies, corporate clients, M.I.C.E. planners, and wedding organizers.
- Identify and secure group business and buyouts.
- Participate in trade events, site inspections, and client familiarization trips.
- Maintain accurate client records in the company CRM and train travel agents on property offerings.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Drive upselling opportunities and exceed market share growth expectations.
- Take full ownership of the sales function to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Stay informed on Six Senses offerings and competitors’ developments.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and grooming standards.
- Adhere to resort policies on safety, hygiene, and ethical practices.
- Support Human Resources in fostering teamwork and training.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
