Job Description
Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests and visitors.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests are comfortable and well informed, and creating a pleasant environment for all guests. Taking and delivering messages, responding to inquiries and requests, and ensuring that the lobby is kept clean and orderly.
In charge daily, request booking car and other services
Additionally, they may be asked to provide security services and assist with other duties as needed.
