Job Description
Responsibilities encompass Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable.
Assists in the daily supervision of restaurant operations.
Aids in menu planning and maintaining sanitation standards.
Supports servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
Focuses on improving guest and employee satisfaction continually.
Identifies necessary training to achieve goals and implements the plan effectively.
