Mô tả công việc
- Maintain social media platforms to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant;
- Design contents (copywriting, photo and video) for marketing usage under supervision and guidance;
- Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase hotel occupancy, drive direct bookings and grow brand awareness, with a focus on Food & Beverage and Rooms;
- Monitor of guest reviews through TrustYou platforms, Googles, OTA;
- Undertake production of advertisement, hotel collateral and other projects;
- Generate creative ideas for design that effectively communicate our hotel's brand and Food & Beverage promotions;
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities carried out in the month, quarter and year from to propose adjustment plans;.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree or Certificate in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing or Advertising/Media;
- Minimum 6-month experience in the same position or equivalent at Hospitality industry;
- Basic Graphic Design skill, editing software such as: illustrator, Photoshop and Photo shooting skill;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Good English & Vietnamese communication skills;
- Careful and hardworking and eager to learn new things;
- Hospitality industry's enthusiasm;
