Mô tả công việc
• Support the Director of Sales to achieve revenue targets
• Strive to complete sales targets delivered monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Implement market development plans: find new target customers, suggest/assist with creating new Rooms and/or F&B packages, actively participate in events of various associations, etc.
• Actively develop the Corporate market, both short- and long-stay
• Actively contact and take care of customers’ needs. Quickly solve problems arising during the contract implementation period
• Coordinate in implementing business campaigns and advertising services of the Hotel
• Update team on new customer requirements proactively propose ideas to improve business efficiency of the Hotel
• Support related departments to implement Marketing, Communication, and PR campaigns for the Hotel
• Report customer feedback on a timely basis in order to improve service quality
• Negotiate the terms of sales contracts and promptly follow-up on issues
• Create and maintain integrity of customer data
• Plan and implement visits, gifts, and incentives with important customers and partners, especially during Tet and other holidays
• Participate in Hotel facilitated training programs and improve qualifications
• Perform other tasks when requested by superiors

• Skilled and mindful of service
• At least 02-years’ experience in the same position
