Mô tả công việc

• Prepare and process raw materials

• Prepare all the necessary seasonings, cups, bowls, and plates for decorating dishes

• Check goods and food received in the kitchen, ensure food quality and hygiene according to standards

• Support the Chef de Partie in preparing dishes for guests

• Assist in keeping the kitchen and assigned areas clean

• Check the equipment and tools to ensure prescribed standards before ending the shift

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
