Mô tả công việc

Supervise the functions of all Engineering staff and facilities.

Manage daily operation of sub-section of the department.

Ensure guests' needs are determined/met and oversee the overall smooth operation.

Duly report to the HOD with relevant information & issue (if any) affect the department's operation.

Specializes in construction and finishing of 5-star or higher standard construction parts.

Know the design, complete construction and calculate the costs incurred for the projects.

*Upgrading and renovating apartments with wood furniture, understanding construction skills and abilities.*

*This person's criterion will be the second position for the Engineering department: is a good candidate for construction work, has worked on 5-star luxury resort projects or more in terms of finishing, interior equipment.

Diploma in relevant fields.

Minimum one year of experience in similar positions.

Experience in luxury sector is a plus.
