PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC/ SCOPE OF WORK

To assist Chief Engineer to ensure that all the systems, facilities in the Hotel are always in working condition and maintained at the highest standards.
To assign and delegate staff to handle the repair and maintenance work.
To prepare the monthly schedule for all shift leaders, technicians, worker…
To maintain fire fighting facilities and to test them for proper functioning at appropriate intervals.
To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Engineer or the General Manager of Hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc

Possess a relevant Degree/Diploma Property/Facilities or Engineering disciplines. Good English.
Experience: minimum 2 years in similar level in 4 or 5-star hotel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination.
Showing strong initiative and creative skills
