Mô tả công việc

To prepare the basic products and dishes according to established by a receipts.

To observe strictly technological processes of the dishes preparation.

To observe rules of the commodity neighborhood and rotation of products, to supervise terms of products realization.

To release dishes on distribution strictly under checks and according to the standards established at restaurant outlet.

Constantly support cleanliness and on the workplace according to requirements of the safety and hygiene kitchen rule.

After each made operation the cook is obliged to clean the process equipment and working surfaces.
