Tổ phó Bếp lạnh đảm nhận nhiệm vụ quản lý một nhóm các nhân viên bếp, phụ bếp phụ trách công việc theo phân công của Bếp trưởng đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm và món ăn đúng chuẩn công thức được giao.
Demi Chef de Parties - Cold kitchen is responsible for managing a group of Commis, Kitchen staffs and is responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained for his/her section.

- Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp tốt.
- Tập trung vào sự tỉ mỉ và sáng tạo

- Kiến thức chuyên sâu về các nguyên tắc vệ sinh, chế biến thực phẩm và dinh dưỡng.
- Kiến thức tốt và có phong cách ẩm thực phong phú.
- At least 1 year in Demi chef - Cold kitchen position in 4/5 stars Restaurant.
- Outstanding leadership, communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Organizing and leadership skills
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and nutrition
- Certificate in culinary arts
