- Ensure to maintain quality and proper presentation of food
- Be able to prepare a variety of cuisine, using skill and creativity to develop new menus.
- Oversee facility and equipment in the kitchen area according HACCP standard.
- Oversees the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
