Mô tả công việc

OBJECTIVES

  • Oversees the client relationship team and ensures they nurture long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Marketing Manager to plan and lead MKT Calendar including MKT strategy and action plan, budget management
  • Liaising with internal team to develop and coordination for marketing activities online & offline to be in line with the approved Marketing Calendar.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders on execute all promotion communication including marketing database, email, sms, social and partners.
  • Plan & manage PR/KOL activities for the group brands
  • Coordinate to design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Support MM to plan and implement all CRM program to deliver a highly efficient initiatives/campaigns across group brands to optimize value for both customer and brand in line with our customer propositions
  • Coordinate with creative team to develop plans for POSM to be in line with Marketing Calendar & well implemented
  • Proceed any administrative and paperwork requirement with the internal teams, clients and partners on marketing execution

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University Degree or equivalent Advanced Diploma in marketing, communications, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and minimum 1 year working in F&B industry is an advantage
    Demonstrable experience in formation of ongoing CRM strategies that enable the continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize consumers’ lifetime value.
  • Experience in basic set-ups and development of corporate-level CRM programs and campaigns
  • Experience working with multiple communication channels in consumer interactions
