Mô tả công việc

  1. Quản lý các kênh Video Marketing của khu nghỉ dưỡng, đảm bảo nội dung sáng tạo, hấp dẫn và tuân thủ định hướng thương hiệu.
    Manage the resort's Video Marketing channels, ensuring engaging and high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
  2. Sáng tạo nội dung hình ảnh và video cho các nền tảng mạng xã hội, tăng độ nhận diện thương hiệu và mức độ tương tác.
    Create compelling visual and video content for social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
  3. Hỗ trợ chụp ảnh, quay phim, dựng video theo kế hoạch ngày/tuần/tháng.
    Assist in photography, videography, and video editing following daily, weekly, and monthly content plans.
  4. Phối hợp và hỗ trợ xây dựng chiến lược truyền thông online, đảm bảo nội dung phù hợp với các kênh digital marketing. 
    Collaborate on developing and executing digital marketing strategies across online communication channels.
  5. Hỗ trợ thiết kế các ấn phẩm quảng cáo, chương trình khuyến mãi, sự kiện, bộ công cụ ứng dụng của khu nghỉ dưỡng… theo yêu cầu của quản lý, đảm bảo tinh thần thương hiệu.
    Support the design and production of marketing materials, including advertisements, promotional campaigns, event assets, resort tools, and application materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  6. Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khi cần thiết và theo yêu cầu của quản lý cũng như cấp lãnh đạo.
    Handle additional design and content-related tasks as required by management.
  7. Lập báo cáo công việc định kỳ và gửi cho quản lý.
    Prepare and submit regular work reports to the manager.
  8. Phối hợp và hỗ trợ, thực hiện các công tác giấy tờ tại cơ sở
    Collaborate and support, in charge for the paperwork onsite.
  9. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo từ quản lý.
    Perform other duties as assigned by management

  1. Có kỹ năng lên kịch bản, sản xuất và chỉnh sửa video.
    Strong skills in video scripting, production, and editing.
  2. Tư duy sáng tạo, nhạy bén, bắt trend nhanh, yêu thích sáng tạo nội dung.
    Creative and trend-savvy mindset, with a passion for content creation and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends.
  3. Luôn cập nhật, nắm bắt được các thay đổi trong chính sách của các nền tảng video marketing.
    Deep understanding of video marketing platforms and their evolving policies.
  4. Thành thạo các phần mềm chỉnh sửa video chuyên nghiệp như Premiere, CapCut và thiết kế như AI, PTS, Adobe …
    Proficiency in video editing software, such as Premiere, CapCut and graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PTS), and others.
  5. Có khả năng sử dụng máy ảnh/ máy quay chuyên nghiệp. Biết sử dụng flycam là một lợi thế.
    Competence in operating professional cameras for photography and videography. Knowing how to use a flycam is a plus.
  6. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm tốt.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. Trung thực, hòa đồng, chủ động học hỏi và có tinh thần làm việc tích cực.
    Honest, proactive, and eager to learn new techniques, maintaining a positive attitude.
  8. Có trách nhiệm với công việc, đảm bảo chất lượng nội dung và tiến độ dự án.
    Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work quality and deadlines.
  9. Có kinh nghiệm làm Video Production là một lợi thế.
    Previous experience in video production is a plus.
  10. Có thể làm việc linh hoạt về thời gian, tùy thuộc vào các sự kiện và hoạt động của khu nghỉ dưỡng.
    Flexibility to work varying schedules, depending on resort activities and events.
