The Marcom Manager in the hospitality industry is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies to promote and enhance the brand image of the hotel. This role involves managing various communication channels and marketing initiatives to attract guests, build brand loyalty, and maintain a positive reputation.
Responsibilities:
1/ Develop Marketing Communication Strategy:
Conduct market research and identify target customer segments.
Create a comprehensive marketing communication strategy based on the hotel's positioning and objectives.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, PR, social media, email marketing, and other communication activities.
2/ Content Management and Creation:
Ensure the production of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content aligned with the hotel's brand.
Oversee content creation for the hotel's website, blog, marketing materials, images, videos, and other communication channels.
3/ Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency and positive brand image across all communication platforms.
Develop programs to increase brand awareness and guest loyalty.
4/ Advertising and Public Relations (PR):
Manage relationships with media partners and other communication channels.
Develop and implement advertising and PR strategies to promote the hotel and its services.
5/ Digital Marketing:
Manage the hotel's digital marketing activities, including social media advertising, SEO, email marketing, and digital content marketing.
6/ Event and Communication Activity Management:
Organize and oversee events, conferences, exhibitions, and other communication activities to enhance the hotel's visibility.
7/ Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and implement improvements as needed.
Provide regular reports on marketing communication performance and propose strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years experience in marketing, communications, or advertising in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and target customer preferences.
Project management, and creative thinking skills.
