Overall purpose of the job: Marketing Coordinator works closely with Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing to execute offline and online marketing activities, and coordinates between internal and external parties to achieve desired results. In addition, he/she is responsible for generating reports and all administrative matters of the Marketing function
1. Execute marketing plans
1.1 Execute approved local store marketing plan and brand communication plan under direction of Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
1.2 Executed and assisted Marketing campaign including events, promotions and new menu engineering under the direction of Marketing Manager
1.3 Act as a coordinator between Marketing and all relevant teams (internal and external) to ensure all administrative procedures are promptly and carefully followed
2. Digital orientation
2.1 Execute approved content calendar and digital communications plans
2.2 Organize content for social media based on approved digital plan
2.3 Maintain and organize online channels
2.4 Monitor online reviews and work with Marketing Manager to respond
3. Brand stewardship and store visuals
3.1 Assist Marketing Manager to monitor store look and feel
3.2 Work with Operations and external parties to execute and maintain store collaterals and POSM
4. Administrative and reporting
4.1 Build and maintain local trade area database
4.2 Build and maintain other databases as required such as CRM, feedback, partnerships, KOLs, press coverage, etc.
4.3 Compile market intelligence, ranging from menu, promotions, newsletters and other developments, with a focus on direct and indirect competitors
4.4 Administer mystery guest program
4.5 Administer loyalty program module
4.6 Handle trade promotions registration
4.7 Track and generate reports on performance (ROI, redemption, etc.) and analytics
4.8 Any other administrative work assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

Education Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: business administration, marketing, or communications (Hospitality course is a plus
English IELTS / TOEIC score)
Experience Minimum 2 years of B2C marketing /advertising / social media / digital agency experience.
Circumstances: Able to work outside standard office hours
