Mô tả công việc

• Be responsible for monitoring hotel’s social medial channels, ensuring complete and updated hotel information, properly handled enquiries and sufficient coverage.

• Follow up and track marketing materials production and assemble information packages for promotional events, property tours, and conferences.
• Assist with the planning of social strategy to help to increase traffic, ensuring production of consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
• Assist with on-site media relations for local events.
• Assist with general day to day administration tasks and prepare monthly, quarterly reports.

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Public Relations or related major.

Experiences

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in international hotel or 4 years relevant work experience.
