1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop captivating written and visual content that aligns with the hotel's brand identity and captures the attention of our target audience.

2. Photography and Videography: Use your smartphone or the hotel’s camera kit to capture high-quality photos and videos of the hotel's facilities, services, events, and unique experiences to showcase on social media platforms. Curate and edit visual content.

3. Admin Support: Handle paperwork related to marketing activities. Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating schedules.

4. Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, menus, and promotional materials. Coordinate with graphic designers and printers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.

5. Event Support: Provide assistance during hotel events, including setup, registration, coordination with vendors, and attendee support. Capture photos and videos during events for documentation and social media purposes. Assist in preparing event materials, such as signage, banners, and promotional items.

• Internship Confirmation Letter & Certificate are certified when you complete the internship programme

• Qualifications: Final-year students or fresh graduates majored in Marketing, Hospitality Management/ Business Administration from Universities and Colleges
• Customer-oriented & willing-to-learn
• Good written & verbal communication
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Multi-tasking and organisation skills
• Language: good English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading) is a must
• Computer Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), design tools (Canva, Powerpoint) and online survey tools (Google Forms) are needed
