Revenue Manager

Perform daily pickup analysis, pricing strategy and reporting.

Perform regular competitive benchmark studies and be informed of the market trend.

Create and maintain a 03 months rolling demand, holding for Short Stay & Long Stay.

Develop and adjust the pricing strategy for the property.

Provide bi-weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.

Manage and oversee all OTA channels.

Work closely with the Sales team for quoting Group Business, Adhoc Group...

Analyze overall monthly performance and provide a summary report with recommendations to improve.

Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity.

Responsible for bét practice standards include: competitor analysis, environmental scanning, market modeling, distribution yield management, yield management business mix yield management, pricing control & new pricing concepts. 

Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, TA, corporate, crew, etc.)

Prepare outline and support for the annual revenue budget process

BA in Business Administration/ Hospitality

Excellent verbal and written English

At least 03 years of relevant experience

Experience in affiliate marketing is highly desired

Strong technical aptitude

Prior hotel digital marketing or revenue management experience a plus
