Mô tả công việc

- Welcome, take care, and support guests during their stay, properly check-in and check-out.

- Handle all payment transaction, replying email, phone, social media

- Outgoing, Interaction with guests and creating excellent experience for them.

- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area & signature lounge

- take order & serve breakfast (a la carte)  from 07:00 -11:30 at signature lounge

- Collect guest review and draft response 

- other admin tasks

- Candidate will be working at District 1

- Working hour: shift M: 0700-1500; shift A: 1500-2300 (NO NIGHT SHIFT)

- Relevant experience/ education

- Age < 30 years old

- Able to communicate fluently in English or Chinese 

- Good computer skill 

- Energetic/ pro-active / multi task / hard working/ detailed oriented/ team work
