Mô tả công việc
- Assisting in intialing idea and designing poster, inforgraphic, artwork, etc. when needed
- Participating in organizing employee events.
- Arranging logisitics for employee onboarding (name tag, fingerprint, welcome package…)
- Making employees feel welcomed and promptly responding to their concerns and requests (if any)
- Effectively circulating information to other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation
- Updating our internal databases with new empployee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Ensuring information related to colleagues posted on notice board.
- Filling, data entry and arranging employee profile
- Tracking personel documents and storing it in designated places
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional work area.
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

- Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month, paid based on actual working days
- Air-ticket Allowance (2 ways): The amount of allowance will be paid based on point of hire
- Accommodation, meals, and uniforms will be provided
- Accident Insurance for trainees during the internship period
- Opportunity to become permanent employee after internship period
Yêu cầu công việc
- Effective administration
- Computer skills, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
- Strong interpersonal and listening
- Language: Good in English
- Able to engage in at least 3-month internship
