Mô tả công việc
- Reporting to the Manager.
- To ensure the smooth preparation of the restaurant.
- Supervising and performing the service to all guests in a high level of quality.
- Conducting shift briefing and doing daily activities to ensure the service.
- Supporting and developing team to reach common goals.
- Endeavouring to resolve all matter’s guest and record for further follow up.
- Cooperating and training with all other’s staff.
- Complying with the restaurant environmental, policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-3 years in luxury hotel/ F&B service or related field.
- At least 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Solid proven leadership, organisation and teamwork skills.
- Observation, communication and customer service skills.
- Basic English communication is a must.
