Mô tả công việc

1. Talent Acquisition

Make, maintain and develop recruitment channels.
Arrange an interview with candidates.
Involve to recruitment selection process.
Implement recruitment procedure on System.
Coordinate with related departments to prepare tools for new hires.
Develop and implement career seminar and internship program annually.

2. HR Procedure

Welcome new associates and conduct new hires check list.
Manage associate's documents.

3. Learning and Development

Organize the workshop/ seminar for associate.
Manage and control the learning data on system.

4. Culture and Engagement

Implement according approved culture plan.

5. Other

Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
Attend training courses as required.
Attend meeting as required.
