HCM | Wink-Hotels | Director of F&B

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts across all Wink Hotels
• Create and regularly update menus that reflect contemporary Vietnamese cuisine with international influences
• Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring consistency and excellence across multiple locations
• Manage and optimize F&B budgets, costs, and revenue streams
• Lead, inspire, and develop F&B teams across all properties
• Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers and partners
• Implement sustainable practices and source ethically produced ingredients
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest hygiene standards
• Analyze market trends and guest feedback to continually improve offerings
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote F&B venues and special events
• Oversee the design and ambiance of dining spaces in line with the Wink Hotels brand
• Implement cutting-edge technology to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience
• Develop and execute strategies to increase F&B revenue and profitability
• Create unique dining experiences and promotional events to attract both hotel guests and locals
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and capital expenditure for F&B operations
• Conduct regular quality audits and implement improvement measures
• Stay informed about global culinary trends and integrate relevant innovations
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the F&B department

Above 10 years’ experience in F&B and/or hotel operations, at least 04 years as (Assistant) F&B Director/F&B Manager/General Restaurant Manager... in dynamichotels/restaurant groups, and preferably with pre-opening experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
• Culinary experience is required
• Knowledge and experience in food safety, fire evacuation training and safety & securityat work practice
• Creative thinker with the ability to work on own initiative and iterate best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) inboth Vietnamese and English, other languages a plus
• Strong leadership and ability to provide on the job training
• Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action planformulation; provide high level of attention to detail
• Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and teaminterrelationships at multiple levels
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Hotel operations systemsand POS
• Managerial, numeracy, reporting, decision-making, problem solving.
