Mô tả công việc
- Provide excellent guest service to all Palazzo club guests.
- Counts and balances each assigned bank at the start and end of every shift.
- Currency exchange and exchanges cash for TITO tickets.
- Responsible for currency inventories assigned.
- Prepares and completes all job related paperwork which includes, but is not limited to, count out sheets, payment vouchers, jackpots.
- Logs and records all currency exchange transactions as well as all MLPL Logs.
- Records and balances all currency transactions in the computer.
- Reconciles daily summaries of transactions and balances all currency transactions against cash on hand.
- Ensures Key Control procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Provides excellent customer service and ensures same of all employees. .
- Deals effectively with customer problems/complaints.
- Maintains the cage neat and clean at all times.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary.
- Protects company assets.
- Provides assistance to other departments as needed.
