- Oversee host facilities, succession planning, and career development.
- Analyze turnover trends and keep host files confidential.
- Maintain high standards of appearance, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Interact professionally with guests and hosts, addressing feedback and complaints effectively.
- Ensure clear communication across departments for smooth operations.
- Complete reports accurately and address issues promptly.
- Manage costs, monitor financial performance, and instill a revenue-focused mindset.
- Develop hosts through training, evaluation, and support, ensuring punctuality and consistent service.
- Behave professionally, lead by example, and uphold Six Senses values and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in speaking & writing English.
- Proficient in using computers and office software.
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax Law.

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Major in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
