Maintain good body hygiene and grooming.

Check your working area, ensure everything is clean and tidy, the equipment is working and in good conditon.

Answer the hotline for booking or others request from the guest by following the company SOP.

Perfomce check/payment procedure by following the company SOP.

Check daily booking / private group / event, re-confirm the booking when necessary.

Welcome the guest and escort the guest to their table by following the company SOP.

Farewell and check guest satisfaction.

Assist / help others department when possible.

Perfomce others task assign by supervisor/manager
