- The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling the communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or through a central reservation system, reservation hotline.
- This role needs to create and maintain reservation records, preparing letters of confirmation and promptly processing any cancellations and modifications, handling guest message via online channels platforms and social media.
- This position’s responsibility additionally includes preparing the list of expected arrivals for the Rooms department, assisting in preregistration activities when appropriate, and processing advance reservation deposits.
- This position works from 08:30 – 18:30 (Including lunch time)
- The Reservation Agent reports directly to the Reservation Manager and works closely with other team members in Sales and Marketing department.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (specially outlook)
- Reservation skills, solving problem skill
- 1-year experience at Reservation
- Able to work shifts (rotation shift)
