Mô tả công việc
- Welcome and greet our beloved guests courteously and wholeheartedly;
- Observe and anticipate the guests' needs and requirements actively. Offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other colleagues;
- Deliver and unload guests' luggages on time;
- Be responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of the driveway, ashtrays in the lobby and the storage room;
- Liaise with and support the Navigator Section and the Front Desk section to introducing attractions in downtown Ho Chi Minh City;
- Prompt delivery of messages, packages and mail to the guests.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Appropriate English and Vietnamese communications
- Customer service oriented
- Experience in F&B is a plus
- Internship period:3-6 months
