Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates.

• Partner with external recruitment sources and build strong relationships with local organizations and agencies to expand the talent pool.

• Oversee candidate selection processes, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies.

• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding.

• Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Foster a culture of open communication and trust by promoting an “open-door” policy for employee concerns.

• Develop and implement employee communication channels, such as internal newsletters, town halls, and team-building events.

• Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in collaboration with department managers, ensuring fairness and consistency.

• Conduct investigations into employee incidents, working alongside Loss Prevention when necessary.

• Drive engagement initiatives to enhance morale, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment.

• Oversee orientation programs for new hires, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the organization.

• Develop and implement training programs that promote professional growth and career development.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content based on employee feedback and organizational needs.

• Facilitate employee engagement surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement improvements.

• Ensure associate appreciation events (e.g., Employee of the Month, team outings, birthday celebrations) are consistently executed to foster a sense of belonging.

• Act as a mentor to employees, providing career guidance and encouraging personal and professional growth.

• Implement team-building activities and initiatives that create stronger connections and camaraderie across departments.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
  • OR a 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year of experience.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in HR management, preferably in hospitality or luxury service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and employee relations.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and benefits administration.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (Vietnamese and English) preferred.
