- Proposing promotions, communication activities, ... to increase the number of customers visiting and shopping.

- Coordinate and control the entire operation of e-commerce sites including website, brand's fanpage and online store on e-commerce sites

- Negotiate, cooperate, propose promotions with e-commerce partners to expand activities and increase online sales on e-commerce websites

- Organize, assign, guide and supervise employees for planning, implementing and evaluating the results of activities to ensure that e-commerce business activities are operated well and on schedule.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, promotion and marketing program.

- Synthesize, analyze and report business results by program, week, month, quarter.

- Collect and analyze data related to market trends to have adaptive plans and maximize sales potential.

- Integrate and make good use of internal resources/data and big data from external partners (cross types) to analyze and evaluate consumer shopping behavior, thereby recommending business activities in line with consumption trends and orientations of the Company.
